Product Description

A very early swallowtail type SS flag. Red cotton, single piece body. Multi piece construction. Corner patch with Roman numeral II and an Arabic 2, for Sturmbann and Standarte. Black and white twisted edge cord. Still has the rope in the hoist side, with long length remaining on the bottom. Measures approx 17 1/2″ by 31 1/2″  There is no damage or mothing to the flag. There is some discoloration from age. Overall this rare swallowtail is in FINE+ condition.
